The brief: helping female leaders communicate confidently in senior spaces

MONY Group wanted to equip its Female Leadership Forum to communicate with greater confidence and impact when presenting to senior audiences, including the board, executive team and key stakeholders.

The session needed to build on previous conversations around personal brand, networking and communication, while giving participants practical ways to manage nerves, structure their message and speak persuasively in high-stakes situations.

Penny delivered an interactive keynote and workshop, combining discussion, peer learning and immediately usable tools. Participants explored mindset and confidence techniques, then applied frameworks including FACE to prepare clear messages and ABC to handle questions with composure and authority.
